1. Eligibility for Refunds
Full refunds, including the advance, are provided if the customer is dissatisfied with the initial design concepts, provided this dissatisfaction is communicated within 3 hours of delivery.
2. No Refunds
Refunds are not applicable once the design is approved by the customer.
Refunds are also not applicable for delays caused by the customer (e.g., late submission of required content).
4. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, email us at hello@i9digitalmarketing.com with your order details and reasons for dissatisfaction. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution In case of disputes, efforts will be made to resolve them amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to arbitration under jurisdiction’s law.
